L L P Construction provides ground up general construction, design build construction, additions, whole house energy upgrades, interior remodeling of kitchens and bathrooms and property maintenance for residential properties in the Greater Los Angeles area. All projects are supervised by an owner of L L P Construction and that owner is on the project everyday. Our sub-contractors are highly skilled and are an intricate part of our team. From concept to building documents through final completion, L L P Construction’s experience makes the process seamless.
We provide: scheduling, budgeting, value engineering, cost monitoring, and quality control. We text, e-mail and are always available by cell phone. We answer every e-mail, text or phone message with urgency and no later than by the end of the business day. Quality results and personal attention is our commitment for each project we are fortunate to be awarded.
L L P Construction carries both Professional and General Liability insurance. All our subcontractors are fully insured with General Liability and Workman’s Compensation.

Partners
Bryan Fisher and Peter Vogl have been friends since 2nd grade. Each had long successful careers in the Commercial Construction and Design industries. In 2006 Bryan and Peter formed L L P Construction. As deciding what to name the company became difficult (Life Long Pals) was abbreviated to L L P Construction.
