Palimpost Architects is a full-service architectural office located in Los Angeles, California, and led by award-winning architect, Aleksander Tamm-Seitz. Tamm-Seitz is licensed in California and has more than 15 years of professional experience designing and building projects around the world. Palimpost Architects specializes in custom modern, contemporary, and progressive architecture at all residential scales.
We are a young, energetic, and collaborative office that loves working closely with our clients to design and build amazing custom homes. Each project has its own influences. Some of these influences are more universal such as site conditions and location, budget, program needs, and space planning. But other, equally important influences, consist of highly personal qualities specific to each client tied more toward ambitions, dreams, family lives and dynamics, and personalities.
We don’t offer “off-the-shelf” or “cookie-cutter” design solutions. We personally tailor the design process specifically to each client and each project. The office utilizes the latest digital design tools, such as 3D digital modeling and 3D printing, to streamline project design, delivery, and client collaboration.
