Paul San Gemino is a registered architect in California. He has worked with architects and commercial developers emphasizing design development document production, construction administration, BIM management, and document standardization for over ten years. His evolving skill set encompasses the diverse requirements mandatory in contemporary architecture: project management, project architecture, building technology, sustainable/LEED initiatives, and BIM technology.

Mr. San Gemino’s experience includes residential, multi-unit residential, commercial, healthcare, laboratory, and higher education projects, with responsibilities ranging from programming analysis, design, contract administration, and the training/implementation of BIM software.
