We started "Tellus" in 2005 as Orange County's only "Green" construction company. That's what first made us different. Then, as "Green" became more mainstream and sustainable building practices became the norm, we realized that it wasn't just a perfect finished product our clients were looking for, but also an enjoyable experience from start to finish. "Tellus" became "Tellus Design + Build," and focused on improving the build process from design commencement to construction completion.
