We are a full service construction firm based in Los Angeles. We specialize in high-end new construction, renovations, remodels, and green building for residential and light commercial projects. As a general contractor, our objective is to create seamless project environments by prioritizing the sequence, budget and schedule of every build. Our strategy is to have the most capable team possible, emphasizing a collective approach to the many interrelated processes involved in the advent of a building. Our philosophy is to create spaces that are beautiful, efficient, mindful, and memorable. We place our client’s individual needs at the top of our program and utilize our many resources to turn their dreams into tangible realities.
Dana Benson, General Contractor, graduated from UC Berkeley with a Bachelors Degree in Geography and emphasis in Cartography. While working on several construction projects on campus, Dana discovered his love of building and developed his skills as a craftsman. Shortly thereafter, he launched his business as General Contractor. He has completed over 100 projects, varying in size and scale, in residential and commercial construction in Southern California.
