Description

Creating Thoughtful, Livable Spaces For You in Brooklyn & Austin

An empty room is a story waiting to happen, and you are the Author!

MK Workshop is a Design Studio launched in 2013 in Brooklyn, NY - and as of January 2020 with an additional office in Austin, TX, - as a collaboration with Petra McKenzie - Interior Designer / Furniture Designer - and Jonah Kilday - Interior Architect / Designer

Together, we want to truly "meet" our clients to create a space for each individual that reflects their personality and lifestyle, as much as it offers comfort and room to retreat and recharge. We strongly believe that a combination of beauty, quality, and functionality can be achieved regardless of budget. We draw our inspiration from the details we find in nature, art, urban textures, and, of course, from the collaborations with our clients.

Our love and permanent search for beautiful furniture pieces, textiles, and objects has led us to work with local and international artisans to bring care and intelligently made things and found objects to our clients.
