sees each assignment as an opportunity to explore the design potential of a client’s needs
translating a specific program into a distinctive architectural expression.
The Architecture Studio (TAS), established in 1982 by Principal Jeffrey Tohl, specializes in
both contemporary and traditional custom residential projects throughout the Los Angeles
area. The Architecture Studio uses a multidisciplinary approach which involves the client and
consultants early in the design process. It is these strong relationships with both client and
consultant that ensure a successful project.
A strong team of professionals comprise the firm. Jeff and his staff have a breadth of knowledge
in multiple project types and construction methods. A team oriented studio atmosphere
organizes the office, whereby each project benefits from the experience of multiple team

members.
